1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all gaming tournaments organized by Gift Card Guyana / GuyBet (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). By registering for and participating in any tournament, participants agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

All participants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to full name, in-game name, player ID, email address, and phone number.

False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification without refund.
Each participant may register only once per tournament, unless otherwise stated.
The Organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any registration.

3. Entry Fees & Payment

Participation in tournaments may require an entry fee. Registration is only considered complete upon successful payment.

Participants must provide a valid transaction reference (e.g., MMG Transaction ID) as proof of payment.
All entry fees are final and non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
Failure to provide valid proof of payment may result in denial of entry.

4. Tournament Structure & Participation

Each tournament will follow a specific format depending on the game and event structure.

Match details (including time, access credentials, and format) will be shared prior to the event.
Participants are responsible for joining on time; late participants may be excluded without refund.
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust player limits, match formats, or schedules as necessary.

5. Fair Play & Code of Conduct

All participants must compete fairly and maintain respectful behavior at all times.

The use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
Teaming, collusion, or gaining unfair advantages in solo or restricted modes is not allowed.
Any form of abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification.
The Organizer’s decision regarding rule violations is final and binding.

6. Technical Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for their own equipment, game access, and internet connection.

The Organizer is not responsible for lag, disconnections, crashes, or device issues.
Matches will not be restarted or rescheduled due to individual technical problems.
Participants must ensure they are able to access the game and tournament environment before the match begins.

7. Scoring, Results & Disputes

Winners will be determined based on the tournament’s predefined scoring system, which may include placement, eliminations, or other performance metrics.

All results are final once officially announced.
Any disputes must be raised immediately after the match concludes.
The Organizer retains full authority to review and resolve disputes.

8. Prizes & Rewards

Prizes will be awarded as specified for each tournament.

Rewards may include gift cards, digital rewards, or other stated prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless stated otherwise.
Winners are responsible for providing correct contact details to receive their prizes.
Failure to claim a prize within the specified time may result in forfeiture.

9.Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any stage of the tournament for:

Providing false or misleading information
Violating tournament rules or instructions
Engaging in cheating, fraud, or misconduct
Disqualification may result in loss of entry fee and forfeiture of prizes.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the tournament, participants agree that the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation, including but not limited to gameplay issues, technical failures, or disputes between players. Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

11. Privacy

All personal information collected during registration will be used solely for tournament management and communication purposes. The Organizer will take reasonable measures to protect participant data and will not share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

12. Final Authority

All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the tournament, including rule enforcement, match outcomes, and prize distribution, are final and binding. By participating, all players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
